Passenger transport exception
Passenger transport contracts are excluded from the general distance-contract regime in Title III of the Spanish Consumer Act, except for the specific duties expressly preserved by Article 93(k). Therefore, a general fourteen-day withdrawal period does not automatically apply to a confirmed transfer service.
Cancellation of a service
The applicable cancellation, change and refund conditions are those communicated in the quotation or written confirmation accepted before booking. Please review them before confirming the service.
How to request a cancellation
Email information@airporttransfermadrid.com with the booking reference, passenger name, service date and the requested change or cancellation. We will confirm the applicable conditions in writing.
