Data and purposes
We process identification and contact details, journey information, passenger and luggage requirements, and communications in order to answer enquiries, prepare quotations, coordinate requested services, manage the contractual relationship and comply with legal obligations.
Legal basis
Processing is based on pre-contractual measures requested by you and, where a service is confirmed, performance of the contract. Some processing may be required by law. Marketing communications will only be sent where there is a valid legal basis or consent.
Recipients and international transfers
Data may be shared with drivers, transport operators, technology and professional service providers only when necessary to prepare or perform the service, or with authorities where legally required. We do not plan international transfers outside the European Economic Area unless adequate safeguards are in place.
Retention
Enquiries and quotations are retained for the time needed to respond and manage possible responsibilities. Confirmed service and billing records are retained for the statutory periods applicable to commercial and tax documentation.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection, and withdraw consent where applicable, by emailing information@airporttransfermadrid.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
